What work is happening? Can you see?
looked like possibly installing lights around the handicap entrances but couldn't see enough other then to say that it was work centered around the handicap entrance hand rail area.

on another front no testing buy at least 3 Intemin engineers and several members of park staff are in the station. A long conversation with one of those engineers and a park employee looking like maintenance but not positive on that appears to be taking place by the maintenance transfer track controls. Both trains are in the same places as they have been. If anyone is here early tomorrow look and see if they test with white or blue dummies white means that they are testing train two which I don't believe has been run yet.

Update I was about to leave and said let me take the train around to Heather Downs since it's here and it's spitting a little. But I spotted this from the train. Train two is actively having something done to it.

Test dummies are not only on train two but are actively being secured to the seat by several employees. Train one has resumed testing and the rain has stopped for now. I am thinking a train switch might be happening soon.

this aligns with what i’ve been hearing lately, look out for 2 train testing as soon as tomorrow afternoon or by the end of the week, they are MOVING ALONG, also the train that’s running currently has been having an issue with the ride forces causing the zero car cover to come loose, they might have to order another zero car cover from what i’ve heard

Stupid question, perhaps, but why do they need to secure the dummies? Isn't part of testing to make sure the restraint system works?

They secure the up part of the dummies to the back of the seat to keep them from getting thrown into the restraint system. On a human you would have you mussels keeping you strait and bracing you.

I have had eyes on the station and zero car for every send and return today and haven't seen anyone so much as walk up to it so if it was having issues they might have satisfactory resolved them.

That doesn't make much sense though. The zero car cover isn't actually an individual zero car cover. It's just the fiberglass shell of the first car. If it's coming lose, that means the entire front car of the train is loose.
idk man that’s what i’ve been told, i don’t think many of us are qualified or educated on the design of intamin trains, but the cover can be removed and run without it if need be, veloci did it for a while
