Theres just so much to love about this ride. The ejector airtime hill on the launch track. The backwards spike. The top hat. Outward bank airtime hill. The pop of airtime before the stall. The hang time on that stall!! The wave turn before the break run. Looking forward to the official POV and opening day.

Intamin uses hydraulics for their restraints. This video isn't in English, but later in the video you can see how they release the restraints on Taron (same train type as Pantheon).

Edit: Just to add... maintenance would use a tool to release ratchet restraints. Hydraulic restraints are released with an electric current (in a summed up way) so this is shown in the video of them using a remote control panel for the manuel release.

Here's what I got today. Definitely would've preferred to get more angles, but feel I did my best for only seeing 2 1/2 cycles after I hauled ass to the park from Richmond. Might end up going back tomorrow and will follow up with more footage/photos if it's running again.

"once there is foliage"

Awfully optimistic methinks.
There is actually a fair amount of it all be it far to the outside of the ride. I mean I definitely don't advocate ever taking more trees down well except when I am trying to find unobstructed camera angles for Pantheon testing.
