Im really hoping for a late march/April opening but its looking slim. Especially sense I think intamin requires 500 hours per train of full circuit testing.
It was never going to open then. I'm sorry to burst your bubble. I think Mid to late May is the best bet right now. But they might push it back even if it's ready.
I know man but I can dream. I just wish they would be a little more open about the process. Pictures video etc. SFGAdv is doing a excellent job with media for jersey devil. I know they are dealing with a lot though so I get it

I agree that at this point a May-June opening is the most likely bet. But I can't wait to ride it! ?
He's just presuming Pantheon will open against Kings Dominion's opening day.

As someone who enjoys both parks, I don't, personally, look with enthusiasm toward anything that would make operations at either worse. I want both parks to succeed enough to continue to improve their attractions and expand their events. If KD gets crushed by BGW, we aren't likely to see the kinds of additions we want anytime soon.

I don't think they BGW opening Pantheon on the same day that KD opens would be anything more than a well-timed marketing event, certainly not a death blow.
If anything, that'd probably encourage KD marketing to ramp up their efforts - assuming that happens, there's still a net positive.

I was addressing the apparently blood-thirsty enthusiasm for the move, not the likelihood that it would actually affect KD that dramatically.
