I actually find the front is a more fun ride on a lot of launch coasters but go for back on almost all lift coasters it will be interesting to play with the two and see which gives the better ride on this one. I suspect that much like Invadr there will be several different views on it.

Back row is gonna be better of course lol. It’s gonna be a life changing experience. But the front is gonna be great too with how open you’ll feel.

I'm not a mechanical engineer/physicist, but wouldn't any seat in on the last car experience the same forces? The whole car is being pulled by the rest of the train, not just the seat.

Here is a fairly good explanation on why the experience is different at different positions on the train.

I was thinking today that I can't wait for the inevitable situation of the switch track failing to switch and the ride stopping with people on it--exactly like it's supposed to--but sensationalistic articles getting published like "Riders stuck on ride with a broken track!" with accompanying pictures. The switch track fault has happened on Hagrid's, but the switch track isn't in a visible spot where you can get pictures, nor is it a heavily marketed part of the ride. The media will be alllllllll over Pantheon's breakdowns.

It's not like they're going to be on top of a lift hill. The track height might be 15-20ft tops. I've read of Hagrid switch failure but not an evac because of it. I'm sure they'll have "rescue" ladders or some sort of rolling platform (like a small set of airplane-type steps).

I'm not sure if it wasn't already well known, but I happened to see a fairly tall crane in that general area when driving by on 64 earlier today.

I didn't say they were going to be rational about it ?

Yeah, busch is generally really good at evacs. If it's in a spot with a catwalk, 15-20min tops after the ride stops. Griffon's a bit longer because of the floor. Unusual stoppages (ie with part of the train off of a catwalk) would take longer, but I've never witnessed one of those. Either way, it would only be FB live and YT videos that would stir hysteria, not the local media.

Changing the subject to scheduling... With Pantheon's trains presumably being put together right now, or at very most recently assembled. I still don't see how testing and training would take almost three months to open. We still think that a mid-april opening is possible? I figure that pull through testing can be completed by the end of next week and get trains moving the following week. About a month of running (they usually do run trains all hours the park is not open until it has enough hours on it) and employee training with some employee ERT... i mean testing (usually one or two days). Sound right?

The week I set up my office at the Trappers seating area watching The Masters coverage waiting for Invadr to open was somewhat fun and you might even say relaxing. Now Pantheon....there’s really no where good to sit and with the popping balloons of the carnival games definitely not relaxing. For Tempesto those concrete benches were hard after a couple days.

Are there not tables/benches next to teacups anymore?

There are the benches but they are concrete. There are sone seats with backs on the arcade side of the tea cups but you won’t have a good/close view of the bridge over to Pantheon.

Ok, I couldn't remember... I haven't been to the park since 2017, so there was always the chance that they removed stuff that I remembered too. Did they at one point have tables under the canopy that teacups is under? Or am I just imagining them?

Yes, there have been the tables with benches all around that are in the past but they cone and go so who really knows what will be there especially given the fact the area around the train station has been redone.

Hey, the train station should be an option to sit at least. Wouldn't be a problem unless you needed a table. I doubt they will have Festa closed since I hope the bridge will be completed by preview day.

Couldn't you also just bring a chair/table in a bag?
