There's no way they'd be installing theming this early (or at all).

I'd say they're about 50% done with footers. They have to drive pile the last inversion; s-curve, wall stall, and station and then they're done.
Here is my estimated footer map as of now, with Green for completed footers, blue for footers being poured into frames, orange for footers not installed, and purple for I'm not sure. Not exact.

Where is the intamin plant at? Does no one know anyone who can go by and see if track is outside?
It's in Europe... Slovakia, I believe. I don't know anyone there. ?
Switzerland? I really don't know, but the only manufacturers or track that I know of in the US are the US based companies and B&M.
Uh, it's in Europe and gets barged to America.
Intamin HQ is in Switzerland; but their manufacturing is in Slovakia as @GrandpaD said.
Even if someone was there in Slovakia to check; it may very well already be on the barge in transit
Umm... Highly doubtful they tow barges across the Atlantic. It's usually large cargo ships that can handle the weather, etc.
They strap the pieces to whales to be dragged. Why do you think Sea World hasn't gotten rid of their whales yet?
Well that all depends if they are African swallows or European swallows.
