Not as much as you think it is, also might not even exist properly. Just a rumored deal Busch struck with B&M over the Dive Machines in North America back in 2005.
I’m not sure how truthful this was, but on a coaster insider tour at BGT in 2011 our guide without anyone mentioning it brought up the contract and said it was a real document explaining the lack of dive coasters in the US at the time.

That's the extent of the agreement that I would believe in, that Busch had exclusive rights to the dive machines in North America for 10 years. The 11th year obviously being when Cedar Point built Valravn, and really nailed home how boring a Dive Machine could be.

Since Pantheon is the incarnation of the Parc Asterix coaster Intamin pitched last year here's a comparison. These are the key points Intamin had on the screen for PA. In italics is what's known for Pantheon -

  • Most roller coaster elements on any LSM - 30 unique elements BGW ?
  • Single launch and triple half-pipe launch BGW Yes
  • State of the art high dynamic triple half-pipe launch with world's first ultra fast side switch with forward, back and forward launch BGW Yes (Hagrid?)
  • World's first dynamic launch sequence featuring 8 different airtime experiences BGW No
  • World's first launch coaster with anticipation stall allowing unique cliffhanging experience with 101 degree drop angle BGW No stall ? - 95 degree drop
  • Most airtime elements on any roller coaster worldwide (23 times around or below 0g) BGW No based on POVs
  • Prelaunch dip out of station BGW Yes
  • Initial launch 39mph BGW 36mph
  • Second "boost" (forward to top hat) 51mph BGW 50mph
  • 0g stall on top hat BGW No (?)
  • Third boost (backwards) 60mph BGW 61mph
  • Up spike (167ft) with 3.5 seconds 0g stall BGW 178ft - Stall ?
  • Fourth "boost" to top hat 67 mph BGW 67mph
  • Top Hat 147ft BGW 180ft ?
  • Length 4465ft BGW 4200+ft
  • Speed 66mph BGW 72.5mph

Note that BGW stated the drop was 180 feet and not the top hat's height. It is likely to me that the top hat for Pantheon is of similar height to Park Asterix's model due to their similar launch speeds.
Gotcha. ? Added to that line.

Edit- Someone point IOMGeek to this site. After watching him guess in his video about location of the entrance, he needs enlightenment. ?

The positive of no stall is that you’re gonna get whipped down that drop. Guessing there will be some sort of trim there still.

Also this launch I expect will have the same number of airtime moments as that of Park Asterix. First the dip, big hill forwards, top hat stall, big hill backwards, dip, spike, dip, big hill forwards. I'm surprised they didn't advertise things like the airtime launch or inverted hill. Guess they're saving the detail for later to keep hyping people up. Those are 2 features nobody's noticed in their release on fb of like 800+ comments, but ones people will get really excited about when they find out.

I think the one difference in airtime moments (which is why I indicated NO in my comparison) is the launch track. On the PA presentation there are more airtime hills (2) on the launch track than what we've heard for Pantheon (1). But, yeah (as @Zachary stated) they're holding back stuff.

GrandpaD, it looks to be almost exactly the same, in shape and quantity of hills, speeds for each launch, everything. Check out the offride for PA's. It's a dip then a hill. I think the isometric rendering for BGW shows the same, it's just hard to see because of the perspective and the inverted hill in front.
