It is possible they are confused by the released graphic layout map which appears to be colored differently (just) to highlight the different elements.

No concept art at all that I've seen. No POV that I've seen either.

Track is a dark yellow/gold color. Supports seem to be white/silver. Don't know anything beyond that.

A bunch of people at the event were confused about this. It's all one color. Got that confirmed 100%.
