RE: Project Madrid: New Hamlet? Giga Coaster? 315' Tower?

Until there is any suggestion of anything happening construction wise there is no need to talk about this. I trust Zachary will inform us once any type of development happens.

This is a speculation forum. Just let people do their thing. I'm sure Zachary will inform us when the time comes, but it's just fun to speculate what's going on. I found this wall to be interesting, and I got confirmation that it was for Project 19.

This speculation is silly could for staging for anything. Hollowscream, or Christmas.

Why would it make sense for it to be HoS when both pictures were taken at roughly the same time. And the fence wouldve went up earlier last year due to bitten. It wouldn't make sense for Christmas town because there is nothing back there that requires a construction wall. Christmas town doesn't have anything in the festhaus park period.

Decorations, staffing, changing, emergency services, traffic control, maybe the area just isn't great to look at right now. There could be quite the multitude of reasons.

Yea they've used that area in the past for staging of ride delivery, but some things here:
~Doesn't make sense to get the parts when the construction, environmental impact, planning, and any other permits haven't even been filed yet.
~They haven't even started clearing out vegetation. Doesn't make sense to take on parts that need staging when you haven't even started that.
~Just because a fence wasn't used one time doesn't mean they don't use it the next.

I've been around parks enough to be familiar with this stuff. Sometimes they put up a fence, sometimes they don't, sometimes they stage stuff there, sometimes they put it up because they like the looks. A fence is a fence and nothing more.

Construction, environmental impact, and planning permits have, or are undergoing acceptance. A fence that we have only seen once before, which was used for a coaster doesn't make sense for any other reason. Like I've stated before, electrical work is currently going on, and with the recent leaks, the park doesn't want anything to be spotted. Electrical work doesn't require vegetation removal. Land clearing shouldn't start until Christmas of this year, and that's even a far stretch. I will be going to the park with the contractor and I will get you guys some nice photos.

Which are all things that would be easily found on the JCC website and if filed would have been linked by someone by this point since all of that needs to go through a public hearing process. All they've filed so far is the height waiver. Would be quite the trick to get that all through without any public hearing done.

Which again, if any of that happened I'm sure Zachary, Nicole, or someone would have linked that all of that was happening.

I've leaked plans on this forum before that I had to immediately delete. They were ride plans as well. And this was a while ago as well.

Anything that is on the JCC website (which permits or impact studies would be) is public domain and could be shared.

These weren't from the JCC website. I got these through an internal park source. That's why I had to remove them or else people's jobs would be at risk.

I'm not saying you can't speculate, but speculating about construction for this attraction is silly at this point. We don't even know that it's a coaster or that it's going across the Rhine from where the balloon test was taken in festa fields. Time will tell for us to know more about this attraction and when there is information I am 100 percent positive Zachary or Nicole will let us know immediately.

Also I think at least one of them would have chimed in if the wall was actually up for a reason other than howl-o-scream.

RE: Project Madrid: New Hamlet? Giga Coaster? 315' Tower?

Zach and Nicole don't tell you guys right as info surfaces. I worked with Zach for a bit, and he and I discussed info that nobody knew about. He's holding on to things that he has to wait to release. That's one of the reasons why they're so quiet. They have to make sure that nobody's jobs are at risk, and that it's too early. I make sure that I don't release things too early as well. There are some interesting things that I want to tell you, but I can't. Same goes for Zach and Nicole.

We post information as soon as we can confirm its validity (unless otherwise noted—like the Sesame Place coaster we just "leaked"!) and, most importantly, we are sure the source is safe.

I am reaching out to MadridBot and his source directly right now. I'll report back if/when I've seen proof that the two conditions above have been met. If I don't comment again, it is probably safe to assume what my current conclusion is.

RE: Project Madrid: New Hamlet? Giga Coaster? 315' Tower?

Has anyone ever had the thought that this is a actually just someone from the park in kahoots with BGWFans to get us riled up?

I'm probably the only one and it's probably just my mind going all over the place but, either way this project reminds me of the speculation for Griffon with crazy rumors popping up everyday.

Carry on with the speculation...

Shh! You're going to spoil my tell-all book coming to Amazon in 2034 for the low, everyday price of $19.99!

In all seriousness, I can safely say this isn't the case.
