They need the theming because we're never actually going to ride this ride! How will we be able to forget. But I thought you’d forget about it once your on the ride? If I’m just going to forget about it why add it?

The drop off of Veloci’s top hat is insane. I can’t imagine Pantheon’s drop being 15 degrees steeperYeah after VelociCoaster today holy sh*t I can’t wait for Pantheon.

So it’s gonna be a “screw you, even though you gave us more money specifically for this coaster”that was the day pantheon was formally announced
It says anyone who got a membership after we announced it has to do the special registration thing, it does not make note of those from before they announced it. That’s what I’m getting at, why is there a distinction between members if there is no difference. The only thing that would make sense is if they put the date at the announcement of it opening, so let’s just say “all members or fun card holders who purchased their card/membership prior to 9/1/2021 are eligible for early access”, to avoid further scamming people who bought this year and 2020.Pardon? They are saying that anyone who is either an active member or purchased a pass on or after that date gets the benefit. How is that a "screw you?"
They are not scamming anyone in terms of this perk. They are honoring their previous commitment.
It isn't reasonable to expect them to grandfather in people who bought passes, before there officially was a new ride. The point is that they are honoring the promise that they made AFTER the ride was announced. When would you suggest they draw the line, if not on the day of the announcement? Should anyone who ever had a pass be eligible for early access? The point is that if you bought a pass, because of Pantheon, you will be able to ride it early.
And how is the registration process offensive? It is reasonable for them to want to manage the crowds who will want early access. I certainly prefer it that way.
The statement should simply be “All active members who hold a membership prior to (hypothetical date here) will be given early access to the ride, must register prior to 10/17. It makes sense to grandfather because those people had a membership even without a top tier ride and should be honored for building the base on which Busch can build things like this ride. There shouldn’t be a distinction of members if there’s no difference. Just say all active members who buy prior to (announcement date)They are not scamming anyone in terms of this perk. People who already had a Membership received other benefits.
They did provide your "hypothetical date." It is the day on which they announce the ride. The first day anyone could claim that he or she bought a Membership specifically because of Pantheon. It is the most reasonable start date for this perk.
The complaint until now was that people had bought Memberships, because they were promised early access to Pantheon. BGW is addressing that (reasonable) complaint by honoring that commitment. People, who had Memberships before the ride was announced and who since canceled their Memberships and who have not since bought a new ones, lack any grounds to complain about not receiving a perk that was promised to a completely different group of Members.
The bizarre position that by being Members before the ride was announced, people enabled the park to build it is an unsubstantiated assumption and largely a churlish red herring. The only people entitled to early ride times are those who were promised them to begin with.
