Yeah, if you look closely at the Pantheon-side of the bridge, there's still definitely some work to be done. Still going to be interesting how the issues with the ramp/stairs layout are handled.
I mean, there's only 13 days left of meteorological spring. So clearly that isn't accurate.
I think if the parks opens by July 4th there’s a very good chance Pantheon opens, as it would almost have the effect of a “spring” opening. It’s very common for parks to not align opening days of new attractions and the start of the season in order to increase attendance. Guests will visit the park towards the beginning of a season and then acknowledge that a new attraction is coming in a few mere weeks or months and that a second visit is needed in order to experince it. While I doubt this years holiday will have anything close to crowds we’ve seen in the past, I imagine it will still be one of the busier days of the year. With all of the guests visiting, they will then be exposed to Pantheon and be interested in returning later in the season to ride when it’s cooler weather, which I imagine will be very sought after due to the mask policy combined with the VA humidity. This also gives the park ample time to have it open sometime in August and then possibly gain more crowds during Labor Day with the draw of a new coaster. I really do hope Pantheon opens this season, but I’m also just some theme park nerd who has no factual information on the current situation so take everything said that’s not an official statement from the park with a grain of salt.
If only the actual ride had theming like that!

I know there has been much discussion on how BGW wouldnt want to open Pantheon the first day they were open or even in the first few weeks so they can use it to pull in guests at a later date. Well looks like Hershey is opening up July 3rd with Candymonian.
Candymonium has been testing and had construction going on throughout this entire time. As far as we know nothing has happened at Pantheon.
Plus, you know, Hershey kept paying their contractors...

Yeah, this is a pretty insane fact to consider. We were actually discussing this project even before this thread started too. Been a long time coming!
