The big number you should look at though is that 8+ acres of disturbed land.

Id love to see an image where someone mocks up an aerial view of what this impact looks like comparsd to the rest of BGW. Perhaps highlighting the built area one color and the total impacted land another, it could be interesting.

Not to mention the 18.36 acres "Site Total Acreage." That's the FHP and Festa field areas combined, including the Rhine between. The disturbed land will definitely be huge though too, considering I think the entire Festa Field is 8 acres, if not less.
