It’s not gonna be S&S but if it was I wouldn’t hate it. Their two major projects for 2019 look awesome.

Yes, because the park is totally lacking in standout rides. ?
They don’t have anything with ejector like Skyrush, El Toro, I305, TwT, etc. Apollo is amazing but this is going to be on another level.
Also their last big coaster was in 2007.
I don't mean to take sides or imply that I'm in favor of one thing or the other, but when you say "Discord" you are of course referencing a chatroom, correct? A chatroom which admits literally anyone with an internet connection and, one assumes, an invite to the virtual room in question? And this is all without considering the irony of the word "discord" which means "Disagreement between people. Lack of harmony between notes sounding together."

i feel like getting your sources from Discord is like getting your sources from Instagram. they very well may be true but they could also very well be kids wanting to spread rumors and create chatter

This multilaunch model is an exact match to the slide, clear as day IMO. Even the support columns for the spike (And top hat, but I'll concede that those are hard to make out) are exactly like the Asterix render. I'd be extremely surprised if it were anything else.
One thing I’ve learned at IAAPA over the years: you can get a lot more info by paying a single minute of attention to a recognition-starved engineering intern than by pestering anyone else at the booth for as long as you can manage.
I once had to throw a sharp verbal elbow at a coworker who was blabbing confidential matters to an overly friendly guy from a competing ride supplier, right on the show floor. Sheesh.
I’ve come to understand why the youngest employees should never be left alone out there.
B&M are so good about this. Nice, clean, boring booth, always a handsome ride vehicle to look at with no employee willing to really explain anything, no other particular reason to hang around — and if you do ask them about something even slightly less than 100% public info, they bluntly shut it down. (Or used to, anyway. Not sure about recently.)
The only reason I lean toward believing this Intamin “confirmation” tale is because it involves someone under the age of 23.

Sorry to quote you for a small point, but you are saying exactly why I don’t think something like this would stay so quiet.
Interns love to talk. Young employees love to talk. They want to make a name for themselves. Enthusiasts know this. They go to those employees for the rumors, and the big guys (and gals) for the confirmed information.
And that’s my IAAPA thing. Not that rumors don’t get spilled and leaks don’t happen, rather the likelihood of it happening and not becoming news is small.
i think this could be a great addition... especially since it seems like a longer ride! any idea of the possible track length? i may have missed it in a past post.
There were rumblings in the industry for a while. RCDB doesn’t post unconfirmed info. They just omit things.
RCDB is usually very strict with what information it adds and is, usually, very purposeful. With this addition coming so soon after the big trade show, I'm inclined to believe it. And I'm stoked. Come back Intamin!
