Can someone point out something to me that isn't wrong about this ride. So far the location, name, and theme are all wrong, what else will the park manage to screw up?

I wasn't talking about the ride, it's a clone, there isn't much to anticipate or decide on, as it has already been ridden and critiqued in two other parks. I'm talking about the details surrounding the ride.

I think the name is fine, though I like Diavolo better. It's still Italian.
The location is fine. It's better takin those few trees down then completely felling a totally undeveloped part of Italy. We have yet to see how the finished product will interact with that area and the landscaping will grow to fill in the area.
The theme is in keeping with the circusie/Carnivale-esque theme of San Marco. Stunt biking is something you see at circuses and this one has specific historical context and thematic context with reference to the loop.
Now, the ride experience is a different story all together.

1) Tempesto means storm and has nothing to do with the Italian daredevil who went through a loop on a bicycle. His name was actually Diavolo.

2) The ride is going in Festa Italia not San Marco.

3) As of right now Greenery plans call for no replanted trees.

Ok so I obviously miss spoke.
festa Italia....there.
I never said there was a connection to the name. There is however, a connection between theme and the ride design which was further explained by the working title. I understand the Tempesto/Daivolo difference. But, the theme of the ride is still that of a circus style stunt bike rider doing a loop and it's connection to the (ambiguous) loop in the ride. I wasn't saying loop in the anal, ride specific sens,e but in the roundy roundy parts in the middle of the ride. I also understand that their is one barrel roll and one non-inverting loop on the ride.
They aren't replanting trees. Ok, but we have yet to see how the landscaping will fill in and beautify the area. They have a top notch landscaping team and thorough menu of plants. We shall see what they do. Maybe the rides visual interaction with the parking lot and entrance will provide a greater level of excitement and energy they are looking for. Perhaps that is the reason to keep the area treeless.

I hope I cleared myself up.

As I wrote earier in this thread, the historical "Diavolo", a man named J. C. Carter, died while performing his bicycle daredevil act. Perhaps Busch Gardens does not want to directly associate their ride with a man who was killed after falling out of a loop.

This is, of course, a shame. I never like to see the park clear greenery without replacing it. I've also expressed my dislike of the location of this ride, and I don't think that any of us are thrilled about a low-capacity clone being dropped into a park known for its innovative rides.

Our complaints have been made, our grievances have been aired, but at this point in time there's nothing to be done about it. The ride is already rising from the dirt and it will likely be a part of the park for at least a few years to come. The only thing left is to wait and see how it looks in situ, and then to ride it. I don't think it's fair to completely condemn the ride until that time. Frankly, the grousing is just repetitive and boring at this point.

Do we know if any work could be happening in Festa along with Tempesto? To add to the excitement of the area they could rip out the three point game and put in a small half pipe for bike tricks. I must say this ride is gonna be quite a tight squeeze! When I was looking at it past Sunday I realized thing is gonna be right on top of AC.

Back when the plans were first revealed Zachary posted something that said there would be small things done to Festa, including "improved signage and landscaping."
