I have decided to think of it as a flat.  I will be much happier with it coming from that perspective, I think.

Joe and I Actually talked about that Pass Member Appreciation meet-up. We pointed out that this was probably going to be either a very large flat or this, and they chose this so they could market it as a New Roller Coaster, because the GP hardly cares about flats. Again, it's just the theming, name and location are all wrong.

I've heard it's not a very... appealing... logo.

Is it official? Or have they just not worked enough on it yet? Kind of like the original Colossal Curl logo, where they changed it a couple months or so after they announced it.

One thing I don't get is why they choose to cram this ride any a small space when they really don't have to , if they just got ride of that farm area where they have the animals in Italy  , they could really expand Festa and let the ride have it's own space. I really feel that eventually they will put something in this space. Everyone talks about the festhaus park area but why is this space so overlooked..?

Plus historically Busch Gardens has always gone big when it built roller coasters in the past. Why build something so small this time..? Is something bigger coming after it in 2016..? or maybe they are planning something bigger for 2015 as well , just using this to throw us off.

That open space is stables and pastures for the animals. They actually use and need that for them.
Where is it that they have animals in the park other than Ireland and that area in Heatherdowns..?

They have an Eagle in New France as well. But I'm saying they are required to have that area for the animals, because otherwise its basically animal abuse too keep them in those tiny areas. That is their actual home. That is where they sleep at night. These are animals that need wide open spaces. The stables in Heatherdowns, and that tiny area in front of the skyride in England, is not enough land for an animal of their size, and are for display only.

Thats where you see them in Ireland and heatherdowns but they keep majority of the animals in the festa stables where it is sort of like a field.

They have actually increased the numbers and types of farm animals in Heatherdowns, and predators in the Wild Reserve.  The park isn't just about rides and shows.  Animal conservation is a huge component of the Busch and Sea World brand.  Mistreating or getting rid of the animals would make no sense, and piss off a lot if guests, as well.

yea true Busch Gardens has always been about conservation, but I wonder if in the future we could see them relocate the animal stables to build future attractions. I am not sure how far the BG property goes but I believe they have plenty of space to expand. It's definitely an exciting place to work for sure . Especially if you love roller coasters.

If they were to move them, then there would be a problem moving them from their homes to their day locations. I don't think this will ever change so long as BG is about animal conservation like they currently are.

* David thinks they should just use FHP for the animals instead

actually that area would be better suited for expansion and the building of future attractions as there really is nothing over there. There is an area that they use for catering that people can rent out if they want to. Here is the issue , what you would end up with is another area with a dead end like Festa. There really is a lot they could put into the area around Festhaus park, that's why it would make sense to move the animals elsewhere so that Festa and Festhaus wouldn't be dead ends. Potentially they could make a new area for the animals off of Festhaus in the future. I believe they have the space that they could do that.
