I believe the Whirlybirds queue line will stay on that shady side (like the original tree swings). The kiddie train is somewhat out in the open, so I can see the train station as shade for the queue line and for themeing. We can't tell what the new landscaping will include at this point. I assume they will be planting some new trees as part of the process.
As far as the rest of the new rides, Snoopy's Rocket Express Monorail will have a covered station. For the remaining rides, there may or may not be shade structures for the queue lines. I guess it depends on how much direct sunlight they get.
Course, if past history serves as a guideline, most of the former kiddie ride queue lines were not covered. I assume that was because they were so short in length that it was not feasible to have a shade structure for it. Whether that philosophy still holds true for the new/expanded Planet Snoopy remains to be seen.
