Ultimately- I have a weird hunch that we're looking at a inverted family-type coaster here. Maybe themed to giraffes? i don't know though, that's just the idea that came to my mind.

Yes on the "Montu but for kids" part, no on the "wing coaster" part. (from what I've heard at least.)
I believe there are truths to this wing coaster rumor. "Montu but for kids" was an actual quote from someone in the company. We cannot ignore the amount of B&Ms seaworld is adding, nor the uniqueness of them. Outside of "pipelines little brother" the family wing coaster is arguably B&Ms most innovative new family coaster. Observing the ascendance of Vekoma is fascinating, i just dont see BGT venturing into that territory. Heard rumblings from workers that they planning on main service road being closed for awhile...
If they do end up with the “Montu for kids“ kind of thing. Could there be a chance this could be a more aggressive family coaster, possibly adding an inversion?
In theory it's possible, but I personally doubt it. One of the Cheetah Hunt designers is on record saying his greatest regret with that ride is adding the heartline roll.

So we know that the value of this project, as determined by the application, is around $1,000,000. Additionally, the project area seems to be about 70,000 square feet- which is way, way bigger than a Vekoma family boomerang.

To be fair, It said the under roof thing for AI's project paradise permits awhile back, which I believe were just for a splash pad and area renovations. I wouldn't really be certain on a building that big for now.
There's no way this is a family boomerang anymore with those kind of numbers. Guess I'm leaning much more on the family invert rumor now.
It is quite a large area. So for "total project value", we're talking $1,000,000 just for the site/foundations (this part of the "total project"), right? Cause $1m won't buy you much in roller coaster terms.
Yes, I figured the $1 mil was for the stuff outlined, like foundations only. I honestly almost wonder if we could be looking at a new land connecting SF with Pantopia? I could be completely wrong there, though. Just my two cents.
This survey marking is located in between the ramp to Kumba and theater entrance. Was spotted the same time others in Pantopia were. What could this mean ?
