Look at all those incorrect German articles, I guess the park can't even remember what their signs say anymore.

Someone told me I was ignoring the point with my last post. So anyway, I'm mad the park isn't doing a real announcement. It really keeps me from wanting to go.

My theory is, the park doesn't want to do a big announcement because they don't want to face the guest feedback at the end. If they even attempted to explain the horrors they're doing with Project 2015 to the pass members, everyone in the Festhaus would ultimately end up confused. That and they have to tell people Miracles isn't coming back, and whatever the heck they're doing in the Globe during Christmas Town. People would have ultimately ended up outraged, and mad leaving the Festhaus, and the park doesn't want to face that reality. Or they just can't afford the breakfast they promise every year.

I think us leaking all the info about Project 2015, may also be a factor in some way.

Oddly they don't mention about getting to the the Festhaus or an announcement?

I knew something was odd.

The ERT section that mentions the DJ could just be a copy and past job from the Ride Nights info.

yeah because the DJ was really something special at Pass Member Bore Night last week!
LOLLLLLL
You have to give them props, the two people dancing were really getting into it!

I'll be here. Didn't go last year but I went in 2012. Hoping for more free breakfast, fudge, and keychains

I had thought about coming up next Saturday. Now that I see what their plans are, I'm not wasting mine time nor gas. I'll be much happier staying home watching college football.

Whaaaat I didn't even realize they aren't doing a presentation in festhaus. That is so disappointing. Hopefully that's only for this year and they haven't ended them completely

Anyone know if the Festhaus is undergoing HOS prep? That might be why its closed off.

I know the Festhaus was open for Appreciation Weekend in the past, but the HOS shows in there didn't take much effort to put together. The park might be putting on a bigger production this year.

I remember the gift shop was closed for Appreciation Weekend last year for HOS prep, but I remember it being open in years past.

And notice how only Carl is talking. He'll probably just come out and give the usual "Passmembers are very important to us" spiel.

Remind me why the park is in bad shape again?

Das Festhaus will be open. As far as I can tell, management just doesn't want to face the public anymore. No presentations this spring and now no fall announcement.
In all honesty, I don't blame him. I wouldn't want to stand in front of a group of 'us' and tell everybody things are not getting better either. Ever heard the saying 'no news is good news'? This is not the case here. Oh...And the only thing worth mentioning is the coaster. (And that's like spreading generic peanut butter on moldy bread.)
