Maybe for future use in Movie Town at GAdv. Or could just be for storage before sending it to another park. I'm sure the new owners of the land said get everything you want off site before a date.
Those have been there for MONTHS. I think possibly since before Purple went vertical. I remember Colin taking site tours to look at the first pieces of track on site and pointing those out
Batmobile is a bit more recent, but I assume the HQ theming is gonna be thrown at the existing HQ. Unfortunately that would mean we’ll still be stuck with Joker and HQ being out of place for a while.
maybe that the Harley Quinn sign is just for fright fest theming like the original sign for evolution when that was a fairground ride was used for brutal planet maze that used to be in western shootout building

If the do what they did for the Bizzaro conversion back to Madusa, they will just repaint and repurpose.
Those radioactive barrels could easily be repainted and go into a scare zone this Halloween.
maybe the six flags team should watch the episode of the simpsons where the whole town gets moved due to trash overflow to get a idea: move any building from six flags america to six flags great adventure (like the western town obviously) /s

According to this Q&A from KD park management, KD will not get any rides from SFA, but they have received smaller infrastructure from the closed park (TVs, speakers, trucks, etc.). Brian Rath also said that he believes all of the rides that are being moved to other parks have already been moved, and that anything still there today will more than likely remain defunct for good.

I find it hard to believe the Starflyer and Discovery will be binned, although most of the parks that could best use them have been sold off and Six Flags hasn’t been entering the used rides market. Maybe in the cases of those two very large rides they don’t want to fund larger cranes for disassembly. Hard to say really.
Great America could use the starflyer potentially, that's a flat ride gap that could be filled.
It would probably make more sense to wait for CGA to shutdown towards the end of 2027 and send a bunch of flat rides down to Magic Mountain for 2028.

Starflyer could go to Dorney Park (I can see them being slow about this due to approvals, but it was also something they surveyed so there is probably a plan for it but could easily make it for 2027) and Giant Discovery could go to Carowinds (ditto but 2028). Both of those rides are in decent shape and have a lot of life left in them.
Did we ever find out where the Teacups went?

I don’t feel like that would be great with their limited opportunities to go tall but hey to each their own.
Carowinds would be perfect for Discovery.
Or Darien Lake, which hasn't opened a new ride since 2021, and in fact keeps ripping rides out. :|

Completely agree but they had a Giga discovery on their recent pass holder survey, so it seems like they’re not interested in the smaller one that SFA has.

Makes a lot of sense. Thematically the lands are very similar, so if you can reuse some very new theming pieces, why not?
