Thats crazy. It makes no sense considering baynum solutions is who paints 90% of them and I would think the park trusts them to go with the correct stuff. Not they recommend 1 product and the park says nah we wanna use the cheaper one.

I the accident that nearly killed the woman at Top Thrill Dragster was a direct result of a third party bolt that didn't meet Intamin specs failing.
If they have to strip off the existing paint, that's going to make this a lot bigger job than just painting over what is there.
Zach was talking about KD/CF's trend of going around Intamin to source things without even consulting them. To the bestbof my knowledge Pantherian is the first time paint specifically has been the issue but it has happened with enough stuff over the years with enough bad to even disastrous results that there is no excuse for them not to have learned their lesson by now.
Got stuck on Pantherian a minute ago. Rode the ride, got back to the station, and our restraints didn't unlock. Maintenance was called to free us.
Really hope not, because holy hell are those some cool designs. I don't think they are since the track actually looks startlingly accurate. I love that top right design. I'd totally buy that and I probably will when I go lol

The trains are the main thing. I mean if its AI its better ai merch then most out there. The non neon ones look like something hand drawn do idk.
They look hella AI to me. Also, cringe stats. Awful.
Damn. I did buy the tan and and purple pantherian. I liked the colors to much and i wasnt 100% it was ai or not. O wells
I mean does it really matter? In retrospect, ai shirts aren’t terrible if it’s not that obvious they’re ai. I am not an ai art defender in the slightest however, if it’s the only option available going forward, might as well just bite the bullet, idk

Yeah. For example, that Rapterra shirt with the bird and the coaster track going around it is obviously ai and in turn, absolutely awful-looking. These shirts, while they may look funky, and covered in stats, they're not the worst I've seen. It could be a lot worse basically.
Imagine making an already shitty AI design even shittier by layering stats on top of it. Lol.
