I’m not 100% sure but I think that is the park’s property too.

The red circled area, at least, is Kings Dominion's greenhouses.
Yes, you are correct, the structures in the red circle are KD's green houses and landscaping nursery. The houses in the upper blue circle were owned by the park. I thought some of the off-duty Animal Safari staff stayed there in the 1970's and 1980's. Not sure what the status of those homes are currently.

You see the "L" shape outline at the bottom of the upper blue circle? In the crux of the "L" was the home plate for KD's own softball field. Different departments within the park played against each other during the prime summer season.

The house in the bottom blue circle was always a private residence as far as I can remember.

I recommend continuing a discussion of KD property it that thread:

Noting, it appears I305 is no longer on the Scheduled Ride Closures page for KD.

Just WWC, Drop Tower, Eiffel Tower, Delirium, and Grizzly. I honestly think KD was not really prepared for the impact going year-round was going to have on their maintenance schedule just based on how the season is going so far.

How so? They've got almost everything up and running now, and it's not even Memorial day yet.

And at least Drop Tower is waiting on parts to arrive, right? Not much they can do about that if so.

In the past in my experience the majority of the park is open by early March including I305, Drop Tower, Wind Seeker, and Delirium usually up. A key difference here being several attractions were operating each weekend the past 2 months requiring a deviation from their typical maintenance schedule and as a result we are seeing those 4 attractions open in mid-April or later.

I mean it's not the worst thing ever from my perspective at all, CF made the call to go year-round, it's not surprising it shifted the routine of the park workers to where a few attractions would fall behind on their schedule in addition to any trouble caused with the supply chain. I'm just stating this is what it's coming off like from my perspective that they weren't on schedule with maintenance for most of the attractions that have been closed for the last month versus open. (I'm more or less pointing it out as to why we're seeing this abnormal delay of these attractions rather than complaining about it).

Can't wait to ride I305 again! Nice to have our super death intamin back!

I think I've only been at the park once when i305 was done for a period of time and later it was back up. I don't see it happening much, but then I'm not next door and don't go super frequently. I may just be lucky.

The excitement for getting this back open is pretty telling in just how popular the ride really is or at least how popular it is relative to everything else at KD.
