Weeeeelll... My first thought is IB Parks/Ent... but they don't exactly have the shiniest track record. I admittedly don't know this market very well, how much wasted potential are we sitting on here? Could an operator like Enchanted or the rest of the Koch family bring it around and make something really special?

What in the fuck??? This guy is certifiably insane. I just read in the article that he's already bonded out... sickening. I hope he's kept away from his wife while he's out, gets put away for a good few years and gets the help he clearly needs while he's in there.

I said less than stellar track record up there... That might've been a little generous. Honestly, the most likely outcome here is probably that nothing at the park changes and Dan maintains control of it. However. If his hand is forced somehow... who makes the most sense?

You can go even further down this rabbit hole of insanity. He seems to have produced (?) made (?) sat for (?) some crackpot "documentary" about Will's death. The video seems to feature three characters: some person allegedly from the coroner's office who is literally hitting her vape during the interview, an obviously-insanely-unqualified "private investigator," and Dan Koch asserting insane conspiracies about two (?) coordinated murders, how there was some like two decade long, secret affair, a massive coverup involving local and state police, years of alleged surveillance, and I'm not even halfway through this madness.

I get that losing your brother is traumatic. I get that losing Holiday World (to be clear, it was ruled he violated the agreement he signed with Will) sucks. I don't know when it happened, I don't know if he used to be a normal, well adjusted person, but at least now, this guy seems legit loco.

Edit: A fourth character has appeared! Seems just as credible as the others (not at all).

Edit 2: NOW THERE IS A SERIAL KILLER ON THE LOOSE IN SANTA CLAUS, IN! His sister in law has killed FOUR TIMES! Meanwhile, our hero, Dan, is browsing poisons on the dark web...?

Edit 3: A new challenger has appeared! You'll be shocked to know that she, also, isn't even remotely credible (and seems to be alleging a coverup and systematic surveillance too).

Edit 4: This guy legitimately thinks his life is in danger and he's going to be the "fifth or sixth" murder victim. This is mental illness.

Edit 5: It ends as some sort of weird ad for Alabama Splash Adventure?! What the actual fuck. Does going to Alabama Splash Adventure fund this man's delusional defamation campaign against the other half of his family? Is visiting Alabama Splash Adventure even ethical??

Fairly certain that mugshot is actually the first time I’ve bothered to look at a picture of Dan, and he looks just as certifiably insane as I’d expect him to from his Facebook posts. Those are some truly haunting eyes.

I remember that. I don't remember specifics but after I read them I just thought...

Also, he was attorney for many years before he went into the theme park business. Knowing how they work he probably came up with a ton of fantasy scenarios to explain how his brother passed, to the point where he's believing his own lies.
