Does anyone have a link to a version of "because the night" similar to what they perform in this show? I really dig it and it sounds like a mix between the original patti smith version and the Springstein version.

They better keep their grubby hands off Night Beats! I seriously consider it to be the best Howl-O-Scream show ever. The fact that the park lost a good fraction of the leads that performed in the show last year already puts the show on shaky ground- the last thing they need to do is to go screw up the set list for it too.

If they leave the show alone and can manage to pull together a talented cast, there's no reason it can't be a good show again this year. That said, Night Beats 2012 had the greatest cast ever and with the two female leads now gone, I don't know that the park can make lightning strike twice. There's no reason it can't be good, but I fear last year's version likely set a bar that the park can't hit again. That said, my fingers are crossed in hope that I'll be blown away again this year.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but will Night Beats still be performing on Entwined's forest stage, like This is Oktoberfest, or, since it will be the only show in the venue at the time, is there a way to remove the enchanted forest theming? This just occurred to me now. I'm sure there's some way to make it a more basic stage. Keep in mind, last year's stage was much plainer (Entwined, Round 1 lacked a heavily-themed stage), so I wonder what they will do.
*crosses fingers stage won't be "transformed" into the Haunted Forest, with the little house themed as the Casket Club*

Scott told me the entire Entwined set was removable. I imagine Night Beats will have the same stage as last season.
