New eatery in France for 2017?

^ Marco Polo's Marketplace wasn't officially announced ahead of time. It was something that fans found out about when certain sites (including this one) had media events at the park.
We are probably the only ones with this level of interest in a new restaurant. Marco Polo got promotion because it was a big deal for the park.

Smart ass sarcasm aside. I completely believe that they would fail to promote it. Marketing budgets are limited and frankly they have a lot to market this year, like say a roller coaster. They probably decided another Turkey Leg/ Chrurro/ Coke stand was not worth talking about.
As I recall they did not say anything about Josephine's. (I could be remembering wrong, I am old)
I could be wrong, but according to the map I saw this restaurant location which was labeled as "Les Frites" which supposedly means french fries so I'm going to presume they will be serving poutine and such.
While that is a better name than previous rumors, I maintain a vain hope that it isn't true.
"Frites" are traditionally Belgian, and poutine is Canadian. Neither belongs in Aquitaine.
