Where did these come from? is the park hording track somewhere? the only track left that I know of is the 3 pieces in Texas at the coaster museum. They have the piece the car is hanging from, a large section is holding up a walkway in the new large building, and out back in a pile of the remaining chassis is a piece of a brake run. Maybe they painted some Loch Ness Monster track red and thought nobody would notice.

A little more complex then that. A senior staff member that was let go during Covid had ask for a piece of the track way back when Wolf was being taken down. He got a piece suitable for wall hanging an had it displayed in his office. When he was let go he was not allowed to take it and the person who got the office was new to the park an had no connection to the original ride so when the new guy saw the reaction an love for Wolf during the planning of the new ride he suggested cutting it up for people to buy.

They saw how much money they made off of those other track pieces. This is a boost to their bottom line. That's all they care about. They'll keep finding ways to increase their profits and they'll take advantage of it.

My understanding is the guy that currently has the office happens to be in merchandising so it would kinda logically flow that he saw an opportunity an went for it.
 
Can someome pick one up for me if there are any left? Im in Pa and not getting down there anytime soon. I can paypal you the money then ship it to me.

Preferably someone with a merchandise discount.
 
Was finally able to get to the park for the first time this season on Friday (6/20), and after riding BBW around 2pm, stopped in the gift shop. Lo and behold, they still had one keychain left! I thought there was no way I was getting one, so it was an awesome surprise. Not sure if it was the last one that day or the last altogether.

Also wasn't surprised to find that Tweedside still has LNM full size track pieces for full price, but was surprised that they also had wine stoppers and at one time necklaces with small pieces as pendants. There were two wine stoppers left, so I picked up one of those as well, as they've got a nice-sized piece attached.
