Yes, we had friends that used out free tickets to get in, they tried the old annual passes first though just to see and were told no. On the preview of CT a family in front of me.....well two adults with about 10 kids....got in on fun cards that were aparently expired and preschool passes for the kids.......they only spoke another language to the person scanning tickets...after speaking english while in line.....and it was causing such a backup they were just let through.

passholder exclusive days were never strictly enforced and the park sold single day tickets all the time

but with the new memberships, the membership sneak peeks have been heavily enforced minus the opening day peek as a way to get annual passes converted to memberships, and then for HOS they gave the option to bring 1 guest.

management is getting very stern about these membership days, they want people to buy memberships and they dont want to devalue the memberships by letting anyone in. that is why they literally do not sell any tickets for those days except memberships.

WDWRLD, I feel like you have a habit of conflating happenstance with the norm.
If its true what others are saying that they are cracking down on who gets in on members day then I am happy with that. Like I said above they were going by the policy for HOS and tried at CT but for the sake of moving the line along let some by. I never said it was the norm but merely that in that instance some got in with no valid ticket. And yes.....they sold tickets for passholder preview days.

Fingers crossed that it doesn’t rain. I’m still going rain or shine. Still would like to get some rides on Apollo’s Chariot.

Odds they tease anything 2020 at the member town hall? They have to know a bunch of information is already out now. They may as well start slowly building the hype.

I'd be surprised if they didn't continue the trend of announcing major projects at preview day, it allows them to better market the memberships year long and also provides opportunities for fan input through the development similar to what we saw with InvadR.

I expect something similar to the RMC Gwazi "announcement." I doubt we get as much as we got with InvadR, but I'd be really surprised if it isn't mentioned.
The first one a year ago with the "drops" or the one from last week?

If it's like last year I'll lay odds on -
"It's too early to really launch into anything right now"
"I can assure you it'll be tops in it's field"
"You'll be hearing and seeing 2020 soon"
"It's really tough to get anything pasture all"
"I have no clue what all the fuss is..why not ask BGWFans?

At least they are having a Town Hall meeting this year. They didn't last year for some reason and a lot of people were wondering why not and missed having it to hear about what things that were going to be happening for the year that hadn't been announced.

That “pasture all” comment is dad joke HOF worthy.

I was sad they didn’t do it last year because I actually got a chance to be there.
