I hope SeaWorld is doing the proper thing, and just sucking it up and giving the employees the benefits they deserve. Honestly I feel like behavior like this on SEAS' part really parallels with the sub-par guest experience that is covered in the Employee Customer Relationship thread. If your employer doesn't care about you, why are you going to care about your guests.
 
Another look at their employment site shows that Entertainment has a Full Time Supervisor position in every department. All the part time jobs have been taken down. Scare Squad is still available to apply for but I doubt you will get a spot.
