Mako flew through the course, reminded me of Apollo on days when the trims are off. This truly could be the best B&M coaster of 2016.

I'm still shocked that this attraction came to reality, two years ago in 2014 when I heard this rumor I was unsure of the future but now the park has a B&M hyper.

On a side-note I haven't had the opportunity to ride the coaster but when I saw Mako in April I was astonished. Mako is a beautiful coaster and definitely gives SWO curb appeal.

Can't wait to see all the theming installed and the trains rocketing around the course filled with passengers.

I wonder if that will be the actual ride soundtrack. I have heard the same piece of music before in another presentation for the ride. I think it sounds good. I guess I was expecting a more orchestral soundtrack from SeaWorld.

When I go to Pinecastle Florida for work in a could of months, (in the middle of the national forest) I will likely stay at a resort by Sea World, I may have to check it out.

Went to Seaworld last sunday, No Mako construction, but I did watch the show "Mako Rising," which is taking place in the nautilas theatre. First of all, when you enter, there is a greeter who says hello and gives you a free bag of chips, then the show begins, and during the show, you all the statistics of Mako and hear facts about actual Makos, followed by an animated pov of mako. Then as you leave, you recieve a coupon for a free dessert with a meal purchase.

All in all, If you go to seaworld in the near future I would recommend visiting this 15 minute or so experience.

Edit: Mako Madness actually recorded the show, I put it right down here

I've ridden three times now, front, middle and back. The coaster is very good, but not perfect at the moment. The first drop is great, awesome airtime. The first turn is lackluster, better in the front. The first camel back is the highlight for me. It has strong ejector air in all seats with the best of it in the front row. The trims are fairly aggressive and take a lot of the air out of the rest of the ride. The front row gets much better air on the second half of the ride currently. The low sustained airtime hill is quite amazing. Everything after the mcbr is very meh for the most part. There is a very satisfying pop of air if you sit near the front in the left side when entering the final turns. Overall it is a great coaster, good mix of ejector air and floater air. I just hope they lighten up in the trims a bit. There are a number of mcbrs with less braking than those trims right now. It's definitely in the running for the best coaster in Florida.

I watched POV. That trim eats too much of the train's speed and needs to be turned off!

Here is a doubler that shows the difference between the trimmed and untrimmed runs. The TPR pov is bad and has a ton of cringe worthy talking, but it shows just how much speed the trims take off.

That trim grabs the train as strong as a set of mid-course brakes. My excitement for the ride just went down the toilet! #notimpressed!
