The wording on the dark ride is interesting, makes me wonder if they’re at least starting to plan for dropping the DC license.
A new dark ride would be amazing for the park, but Justice League is in such a sorry state. The Harley Quinn animatronic doesn't work and the screens are all broken in some form.
A Zamperla flat package would probably be the best option right now. The park feels very lacking in the flat department.

Duelling master blaster is a reasonable investment. Hurricane Harbor just went through a huge transformation that has completely changed and elevated every aspect of the waterpark. The remaining bald patch is where they removed the Bamboo Racers a few years ago, so there's room to put something there.
I feel like all these have a shot, just a matter of time when they would happen. As this park is set for coasters, these options are the "other stuff" the park was neglecting for a while.
