RE: London Rocks! (2014 to Present)

^That's not what we thought last Aril Fools Day. ;)

Actually, Entwined is based on the theme of part of Oktoberfest, the Black Forest theme was being pushed heavy when Verbolten opened and then somewhat the following year. Remember we have the Black Forest themed coaster, Black Forest themed show, Black Forest themed special event show (Wunderbarn). The difference is, going from the classic Banbury Cross look to the concept of more modern London is such a larger difference.

While I do realize these pictures may not be the best, they do give you a small glimpse as to what is there. Of course seeing it in person gives you a more clear image of what your looking at soI'll describe the images a bit. Essentially all of what is consistent in most of them is construction work mainly viewing a portion of the stage. In person, and maybe in one of the pictures you can see the flooring, there is no carpeting. So well, here you go:

A 4D live show? Very clever and unique. I may actually feel like I am there with the performers :p

My biggest hope is that they don't turn London Rocks into another Frankenrock disaster. The biggest problem with Frankenrock was that they kept tell you it was a rock concert and you did have to do this and that, rather than actually just being a rock concert. It was annoying to be told "This is a rock concert" again and again and told to shake my head and fist bump constantly. They were trying way too hard.

I just don't want London Rocks to fall into that kind of show that tries too hard to be a rock concert and then falling because of trying to hard.

Matthew, I could have said it'd like when they fling their sweat at you. Would that make it any better?

PR, And that was from the second year of Frankenrock which felt more like a rock concert than the first year's disaster. Which is the sad part.

I'm thinking it'll probably be a step above Frankenrock's rock concert feel. How big of a step above it, is something we'll have to wait to find out about when the show finally debuts.

I think it's more about not needing to replace the 4D seats because without the effects they still function as perfectly fine, if bulky, seats? Especially since the park's in a budget crunch. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Just found some Craigslist Ads of interest.

The fact that the park is searching for performers on Craigslist is laughable at best. Quite pathetic, I must say.

I find it funny that Kings Dominion auditioned & hired all of their performers for both new and returning shows almost two months ago, while BGW has yet to hire anyone for two of their shows (including their extremely-hyped new show!) Seems pretty crazy from over here.

RE: London Rocks! (2014 to Present)

Do we have any reason to think it's legit? I mean, they use the logo and the language doesn't me as "off", but it does seem a little weird/sketchy. Has the park used CL in the past?

RE: London Rocks! (2014 to Present)

I believe they used it in the final weeks before HoS to get more scare actors. Besides that you can tell the state their ENT dept. is in when they need to use craigslist to find actors weeks before a much advertised and pointed out show is supposed to debut.
