Did the specify whether or not it would be a full-fledged Legoland park or a discovery center?

From this article a month ago...

"Legoland is expected to purchase land in Goshen to site its third mega theme park in North America, according to multiple state and local sources."

It's a shame Virginia lacks the infrastructure to house Legoland. Can you imagine if Virginia had three major theme parks? Our state would become a theme park destination of sorts. And imagine the joint marketing opportunities...

I was not thrilled by the one in San Diego, but that was a long time ago. It just did not have much to do. Frankly I was bored. That having been said, a number of people around here frequent the one in FL and rave about it.

I had an annual pass to LEGOLAND in Florida for a few years. I loved it. The rides are targeted at kids, but there were a variety of starter coasters. Their woodie is actually a lot of fun. The botanical garden is gorgeous.

The real reson to go, of course, is that everything involves Legos. There are several places to play and build things. Naturally, you can buy lots of Lego merch. There are amazing Lego sculptures everywhere. Miniland includes several iconic cities recreated in Lego pieces. You get the idea.
