As far as I know, the relocation claim has been debunked. I remember when the claim circulated way, way back (I think it was the result of unsourced Wikipedia misinformation?), but I don't think any evidence was ever presented.

I would not be surprised at all if the original boats were secondhand and perhaps a lot of the track as well. Busch liked to do that kind of purchasing.

Ride track appears to be complete, at least via railroad and InvadR. Really only needs paint at this point. Also looked like new concrete at the entrance. Sorry I don’t have photos

Kevin was asked at the ACE event if enlight of Tampa and other parks flume removal if there was any need for concern that Le Scoot could be on the chopping block and responded that given that it's one of only a handful of open day attraction that the park is committed to spending what ever is needed to keep it around and running.

I hear they are already working on Twisted Scoot, the new RMC conversion. It will feature a first-of-its-kind Scoot Roll and will keep the iconic drop through the mill building.

New pump that runs to le scoot to fill the basin Spoke with an employee that said they don't fill it with the well anymore. Interesting

Tons of clearing around Le Scoot's pumps. Seems like this could be some sort of new maintenance issue/fix since they also switched from using the well to a new pump.
