KD Oktoberfest 2026

In today’s Six Flags east email, there is confirmation that Oktoberfest is returning to KD this year, which makes sense given Corporate stating last week that Food-driven festivals are big revenue drivers for their parks. This is the first time it‘s been mentioned. Will it return during Tricks and Treats and Haunt, or will it change to fill out the November days instead like the plan at Carowinds?

This is really funny because a source told me just the other day that Oktoberfest has been cut… maybe it’s in November now?

However I’ve been wrong before (and I hope I am here, too!).

Sep 20th to Nov 2nd is last year’s dates. It’s an old page and there’s no Oktoberfest link on the events page to link to it.

For what it’s worth, Kings Dominion has merchandise now for Oktoberfest in Twist and Shop. Maybe that’s a sign that it’s returning?

Selling leftover merch for an event that is not coming back is a craaaaazy move.

It would’ve been announced by now for sure…

I'd be very surprised to see Oktoberfest come back considering that in the past couple weeks they cleared the auxiliary tables and benches out of Grove while the rest of the park has been getting set up for fall events.
