Hopefully this is general arbor upkeep and not anything to be too gloomy about. Or if it's not, additional backstage room for the wolves.

My understanding is that the ones that were removed were diseased and slowly dieing and that because of the location it was decided that they needed to be removed before they became to compromised. The location also caused the need for the big cran so as to have long enough reach as to be able to get them from the outside and have a minimal impact on park operations.
