We had InvadRs POV like a year before it opened?
We got the footers for that. We still don’t have detailed docs from this project. I guess there just aren’t a bunch of folks in Tampa that are privy to those things and also willing to leak.

Thinking of it though, rmc rarely has docs leak iirc. Could just be crazy tight lipped.

Did Griffon's come out at/soon after the announcement?
They played the POV at the media day and then uploaded it to griffoncoaster.com as well as the park site. For those in the 757, they also eventually allowed users of COX cable to view the POV on their TV which in 2006 was extremely sweet. Very disappointed to see SEAS have a massive record breaking coaster that has the potential to create quite the bit of attention with a proper announcement and choose to not to release the POV.

So with minimal research if appears the the "mythical creature with the head of a lion and the body of a tiger" was actually created by BEC. There is no record of a the legend of the Gwazi before 1995; it was totally made up. That being said, can they really just change it like that?

Lmao how is Texas Stingray somehow NOT even the worst name for the chain’s 2020 coasters anymore?

I think the creativity well ran pretty dry when they thought that up. What the fuck. Iron Gwazi. That’s the kind of name a 15 year old on YouTube would give this project. Lol.

Only 2 trains. Doesn't SV have 3? Though maybe they never run 3 (I don't know).

I guess I'm in the minority here (edit: maybe 2 of us!), but I think the logo is meh.

They should have kept the Tiger/Lion cross, made it look like iron surrounding the logo for Iron Gwazi.
