Intermountain Lift being sold to a data center company is a bit more concerning. If they use up all the plant capacity for data center projects, coasters will need to be fabricated overseas.

"Polargy, a manufacturer of data center infrastructure, has acquired Intermountain Lift, a Springville, Utah-based structural steel fabrication company. The acquisition adds 78,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space; heavy structural handling capacity with 15 overhead cranes from 5 to 45 tons; and expanded capabilities in structural steel fabrication, pipe and tube laser cutting, plate laser and plasma cutting, and powder coating.
Intermountain Lift serves customers in commercial construction, data centers, and industrial applications. Its capabilities support a range of fabricated components and assemblies, including laser-processed tube components, internal support frames, framing for data centers and high-tech facilities, light- to medium-duty enclosures, and tube-based assemblies."
