Did they add the "Villager Rations" sign for the snack stand in New France as part of Meat Market? If so, I like that they're renaming some of the area's buildings to fit the terror-tory. If not and that's just the main season name for that stand now, that's the worst name ever.
I disagree, considering the theme of New France is supposed to be a French colony. It would make sense for their food to be rationed... Definitely like it better than them putting Canadian flags in a village set 200 years before Canada was a thing. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Canada briefly existed back then when the vikings invaded and started their own nation. It didnt last long though as the Villagers soon took back their land.

I have not
SEAS being cheap again. Pictures in post above show a sign on the front of the Globe indicating a September 10th opening.
September 10th is a one time preview from what I understand. It opens October 1st.

Not disagreeing. But why does the park hours calendar show the HOS logo on each open date starting September 10th? And if you follow that link you can buy HOS tickets for those dates as well.

This whole "preview" verbiage is annoyingly vague - I *think* I'm going tomorrow evening though!

Sounds weird that they would charge to not scare kids.

Sounds pretty pointless, because that way there still will be kids out there that do not have a necklace because their parents didn't want to spend the money that freak out when one of the scare actors comes along.

Therefore the actors still would hold back on all kids to avoid having one freak out.

Therefore you don't need a necklace in first place.

If they sell these its purely to make some extra $$, not to improve anything.

This doesn’t sound promising. I’d rather have even the shittiest version of Night Beats back.

I enjoyed Night Beats and it definitely sounds better than the premise of this show.

To be fair, this isn't the first time they've sold these I think.

And to really be going after profits, the scare actors should go all out on scaring everyone without the necklaces - would be convincing enough if their kids (or adult friends fwiw) have a meltdown and they either get the hint to buy one or security/guest relations flat out tells the pissed off parents/scared adults to buy one if they don't want to be bothered by a scare actor.

Of course, why the hell anyone goes (or selfish parents dragging their kids) to a Halloween event where there's supposed to be scare actors if they don't want the experience is beyond me...

to be fair, they do have an event for little kids during the day and for older guests in the evening.

Having a family with several kids at different ages makes it hard to navigate this properly, especially if you are living further away.

Only showtimes today on the app are for Jack Is Back, Phantoms of the Festhaus, and Skeletones. *reaches out for Monster Stomp*

Enjoy the preview those that can go, look forward to hearing a nice report on the houses and scarezones.

@Zachary I expect a full food-and-wine-style review of HoS opening weekend on my desk by COB Monday, or your end of fiscal year review will reflect your lack of tenacity.
