I will be there! Taking a half day to try and beat the traffic heading that direction from the beach. I love going on the first day, even if the scares aren't on point yet. It just makes the last day even better!

How crowded do y'all think it'll be on Friday? I know generally September Friday crowds are low but I wasn't sure if opening day would be the exception.

Another quick question- is there a forum somewhere on here specifically for Blood Banquet? I checked in Entertainment and Eateries and didn't see one- the reason I ask is because I was trying to find some info about what kind of food was served at the buffet last year. My brother is coming into town for the weekend and we're planning on going to the park on Friday, but he's kind of a picky eater so I wanted to see if it's worth it for us to do Blood Banquet/if they have stuff he'll like. I never went last year but I remember hearing the food was pretty good in general, is that correct?

There is an article on wydaily about howloscream. Nothing really new but it does imply something will happen when the cursed song plays. Also says scares in wendigo woods will be more psychological than physical.

God I really hope they don't try using the psychological route. Psychological scares are not worth it in a theme park, especially BG. They are so much harder to accomplish than just jump scares, and BG can't even handle that.

They do still have a whopping three days to prepare, but it truly did concern me that every other area of the park was fully decorated for the event already while the only evidence of anything happening in New France was two giant towers of sheet metal.

Hopefully they're just trying to "surprise" us.

Will there be any updates whether it be more actors or more scenery to any of the existing territories? Did anyone see any new things in any of the territories?

As of last Saturday...

There were new banners in Banbury. There were bats in place of spiders on the Le Scoot bridge. There were some spiders in the Wild Reserve. It also felt as if there was more stuff hanging across paths, but I could have imagined that.
