I tweeted a few photos yesterday. Most of them Luke posted as well.
I did however, get a photo of props in 13's extended queue.

Also, there are red light bulbs in Land of the Dragon's bubble lanterns.

Two reasons:

1. I hate being captured on film:  Photos, videos?  Loathe.  Knowing that there are webcams and thus the possibility of countless strangers watching me makes me self-conscious and interferes with my ability to enjoy the houses.  I may be unique in this regard, but I love Haunts, because I relax and allow myself to be startled and scared.  If I am on my guard and feeling the need to come across as "cool," because I am anxious about being watched on camera, I am not able to do that and the houses just become museums with a bunch of actors in them.  (Did that make any sense?)

You mean you dont carry your tinfoil hat around with you everywhere?

Are their any rumors that there are going to be any serious updates to any of the houses or pre-existing terror-torries,or will they just be the same as last year?

Not sure if the folks at the store knew something about this house or not...

My daughter might be ready to go in this house. ;)

They better only use the stage for the finale, that's fine. But beyond that the show strives on direct crowd interaction, it can't do that if the performers are on the stage the whole time.

I still want Chef Juliet back.

there will be plenty of dancing on the stage...

We hear we should also see two out of the 3 original drummers (fingers crossed)!! One indication was very encouraging. With a MIU drummer in the third spot.

One of three original. One from mix it up and one from out of state.

correction...one original.... one from current miu, one from last years miu, and one new.

Oh wow! There will be four drummers this year or is one a "swinger" for the others?

Is it finally Bitten's turn to get staked?

I see what you did there! :D

I see a complete redo of the terror-tories, and possibly a few scare zones here and there away from terror-tories (like in "in between" areas, i.e. Wild Reserve, maybe New France.) I see bitten going away, and a black forest type house to go along with Verbolten. (I don't know how well the black forest theme would turn out because of our very best friend from 2012! :s) I see CTC getting upgraded a bit, with hopefully a better budget. A 13 upgrade (I can only hope!). If anything, I see Bitten going next year, and maybe a show for the Globe...

If I can throw this back to page one, I'd like to congratulate Hoopla for totally calling this one a year in advance. Color me impressed! :D:D:D

I think Wendigo Woods may have quite the theming. Right now it seems the Terror-tories with the least theming are getting setup first. I think Ripper Row and Wendigo Woods will be the last things to be setup.

As for houses, I'm sure we can expect a few changes in Catacombs and 13, naturally. As for the rest of the houses, it is really hard to say. The steel and what not in the Festhaus Park is actually Ripper Row laying there. I am sure they are still trying to plan a layout for that.

Has anyone realized that between Ripper Row and Monster Stomp on Ripper Row, England is going to be overly crowded. I am having nightmares of crowds already.

Also note, The Bus Shop is getting towed away for Howl-o-Scream, possibly parked illegally or something :p

This is just a guess, but I think that they will probably put a façade around the bus. I haven't really paid much attention to whether or not it can be disassembled and/or moved. Either way, I heard that it took them a while to build it. Maybe Scotland Yard police station can be moved there, or they could have a Sweeney Todd style "pie shop".

Does anyone know if they are doing a new Howl-o-Scream souvenir cup (hot or cold beverages) this year (hopefully with free refills like last year) or any continued promotions with last year's cups? Those were the best!

It is being moved. It was built off site. They moved it in with a forklift and can move it out the same way.

I sure hope so. Unlike most tourists, who probably still lost money on the venture, I made sure to redeem my money's worth as a regular customer. Having a nice cold coke and cherry ICEE for free is so nice.
