This is my second year in a row attending Hunt Club. It's a pretty solid haunt. There are 3 walkthroughs and one story driven hayride.

The actors here are pretty solid even though they all seem to use the same raspy voice when delivering their lines. Some of them are really creative with their scares.

There aren't as many gimmicks and special effects like the other local haunts I've done. Many of the figures are static props. The set design is pretty good for a local haunt, although sometimes it looks like random stuff stream about. There are some large set pieces that look pretty impressive, most notably on the hayride.

The Hayride is pretty neat, but the lack of chainsaws this year is a bit disappointing. Its probably because the cost of gas has gone up. There was one chainsaw at the end of the ride, so that's something.

The event is a bit pricier than the other local haunts, but you're allowed to repeat the mazes as many times as you want as long as they're open. The corn maze and cemetery close early. They did have event merch this year, but you have to shop in the middle of the event. I planned to do some last minute shopping at the end, but they forced everyone out into the parking lot before park close. The crowds were fairly heavy for a Wednesday night but Fastpasses are only $15 on weeknights.

Overall, this is one of the better local haunts in the state and one I'd recommend. While the event can be a bit more expensive than the Richmond haunts, the trails are long and there's enough content to make the price worth it. Being able to do repeat runs is a HUGE plus.
