Y’all, Masquerade is not only a scare zone, it’s also a DANCE TROUPE! WHAT!?!?

Personally I would like to see some kind of contortionist act/dance in the monster costumes to a song like this...

For those who want to see Blood Drums tonight, they have been relocated to the Quarter Toss game in the middle of Cleaver Brothers Carnival.

The Blood Reign begins in less that 6 hours! Get ready... I have a feeling it’s going to be unlike anything we’ve ever seen at the park before.

I'll be there tmrw for the first time at halloween event besides bgw's hos

The right (Old VA) side of the park is suuuuuuper well-dressed for Haunt this season.

Don’t forget to check out the Chik-Fil-A street and the area near the Windseeker for more fun!

Heads will roll was really good. I'll definitely try to watch that each time I'm back. But the park is stupid busy. Was opening weekend last year only Saturday and Sunday or was it Friday, Saturday and Sunday?

Just Saturday and Sunday. 2 years in a row now that I’ve gotten tripped and walked over on Haunts opening day. County/State law enforcement EVERYWHERE. Event is performing gloriously though!
Yeah. I left early. Couldn't stand the people who don't know how to act in public. I'll probably go back tomorrow. The haunt actors that I saw were doing a great job though

Totally agree with the big crowds ruin the experience... I didnt even bother going into the houses today b/c of the lines so I cant comment on them.. But the scare zones almost felt there was no actors in them at times because of how crowded it was. The new scare zone Pumpkin Eater was very nice looking/not scary at all & again very scarce on actors....Not sure if I can blame this one on the crowd? My biggest disappointment is why Kings Dominion continues not to use the main theater or at least the bigger venue in planet snoopy for performances.... I felt bad for Blood Drums being put into the middle of the cleaver scare zone in one of the former games.. Who made this decision ? Also the speaker setup in most of the park seemed to be pretty bad.. The dancing with the masquerade dancers with kids after the main performances was well done but again should of been either at the main stage or somewhere with more room... half the people didnt know it was right under the Eiffel tower because the speakers where located on the main stage but the girl was talking under the Eiffel tower..
