Yup, Flash Pass got replaced by Fast Lane as well.
We got Opening Day everybody!The waterpark opens on the 23rd of May

Hey y'all. I too visited The Great Escape today with my family. It was actually quite a pleasant experience! There was some new signage around the park and new retail offerings to name a few apparent "Enchanted" updates. Some other things to note are there were several rides down today including the Flashback and Carousel. In fact the Carousel is not built yet. It is completely removed from its pad with a wooden fence surrounding the area. However I did notice the Carousel's sign was freshly painted and it is still listed on the park's website, so I'd assume they are refurbishing the ride or waiting on a part before rebuilding it for the season. On a very positive note the Storytown train has been fixed and staff was friendly. Below is a press release given by the park's Marketing Director, Jennifer Mance. The interview is actually quite informative and it sounds like Enchanted Parks has some good investments in store for the Great Escape this season. I see reason to be optimistic about the Enchanted Parks management of Great Escape. Enjoy the video.

Hey y'all. I visited Great Escape today and despite the rain, it was a pleasant experience. The grand carousel has been rebuilt and the sign has been newly painted. Also a larger change to note, the park has updated the sign behind the steamin demon. The sign reads Great Escape "an enchanted park". I find this odd as the trademarks clearly were "by enchanted parks". Perhaps it was an error someone made that was only noticed after the sign was created. Regardless, I'm looking forward to visiting again in the coming weeks and hopefully seeing the pop up dive show!

But either way, the changes are pretty cool
Interesting they're still using the Six Flags font for the Great Escape logo though. Definitely think "an Enchanted Park" sounds way better.

I visited TGE yesterday with a group of friends and we had a fantastic time. The park is really looking great and the weather was perfect for a Sunday afternoon out! Crowds were mild. I rode sasquatch and noticed all the queue line TV's have been removed. To my absolute surprise the park is now playing themed music in the queue line with a soundtrack talking about how each tower is a "sasquatch sighting watch tower" with "teams of people going up to look for sasquatch". The soundtrack also talks about the BIG investigations group which is part of the theming in the area. This is an incredible move by the park which really elevated the experience of an otherwise typical S&S drop tower and it cost the park absolutely nothing! Also, I rode the comet and noticed they are doing the same thing in that queue line. They now have "cosmic techno" music playing with a themed soundtrack about the ride. I tried to Shazam the song but I think there was too much noise for my phone to pick up on it. Again, a no cost improvement with big gains for the guest experience.
A couple other things to note, many of the rides were open the whole day which was great to see. Raging rivers new rotating station platform is now complete and looking great. Two exceptions to rides being open were the log flume and ADK outlaw. There was a partial park power outage earlier in the week which caused riders to be stranded and evacuated from outlaw. I'm guessing the downtime yesterday had something to do with that as this is the first time I've ever seen outlaw closed during one of my visits since it opened back in 2022.
One last update, the park is now selling "dirty sodas" in ghost town which were really good value. They are sold in a souvenir cup and are only $6.
So good things coming from the Great Escape. I'm excited to visit the park again later this week to see the American 250 dive show. Hopefully that will bring more people to the park too!

I wonder what other things this park would steal from Disney?, having marvel meet & greets?, play the Indiana jones theme on the rapids?, play the Star Wars theme on comet?, play hot wings (from rio 2011) on blizzard?, playing disney/pixar/blue sky studios movies at summer nights if they do movie nights?

Yeah I don’t think the Blizzard would have any Disney stuff, they already have the Beetle’s Magical Mystery Tour and that Dubstep music “Wizard” by Martin Garrex and Jay Hardway
For what it’s worth, Disney licenses a lot of their music just like any other record company. For example, KD plays music from Frozen, Tangled, and Brave on International Street, and BGW plays music from Dinosaur and the Odd Life of Timothy Green on the train and in the Emporium (and, at one time, the entry path).
Great Adventure has been using The Raiders March in Runaway Mine Train’s station for as long as I can remember.
