Good for them. Curious to know who is building new parks these days... doesn't seem like China needs the license, as there are other sea-themed parks in that country already.
I wouldn't be surprised if they considered canada and uk to be the next international parks
They should make one Busch Gardens UK/Europe and then make it all hamlets of different regions of the USA.
And for Howl-O-Scream they could do a Florida Man themed house!
In the article it says two parks , could we see a parks that could reuse the original Dubai project designs for these potential parks I am not saying it's a revival of the Dubai project just reusing the concepts of that project for these potential parks
