Really like the webpage they put together for the update too. Lots of love and care super evident here!

From what I heard through word of mouth, it seems that the new version of the Haunted Mansion will have a completely new, non suspended ride system, as I believe the current system has been somewhat problematic. The way I understand it, the new layout will remain mostly similar to the current layout, but the ascent will be more of a spiral upwards, rather than what it is now.
Got my final ride on the Haunted Mansion tonight. Sad to see it go, but I'm hopeful for the future.
I totally should have posted about this before now, but I went out there a couple weeks back to get my first and final ride. Really charming attraction that actually, legitimately caught me off-guard a few times. Because of the dangling cars, I didn't see either of the two walls it crashes through coming at all. Super, super neat ride system. Really glad I got to give it a shot before it vanished.
Also, HUGE shout-out to Funland for having really excellent, shockingly good merch (including the series of five collectable tickets shown in @farfeather's post, a custom pin, a tote, multiple tshirts with really great, original art, and more). Bought way more than I would have expected.
I'll definitely be back to see the new version when it opens! Funland pairs so well as a day trip with the Ocean City, MD parks and I love me some Trimper's! Will definitely make it back out there to check up on all of these little seaside parks again in '28.
