You might check with customer service, when you get to the park, just in case.

I emailed them last night. Hopefully they reply today. We've been loyal passholders for many years. I understand that the rules are the rules, but it just seems like something that they overlooked in their planning. Even if they can't do anything about it this year, maybe they can re-think it a bit for next year.

We have a preschool pass for our four year old daughter. We're planning a trip to the park this weekend along with another family. However, we just realized that the preschool pass expired last weekend and the fall bring a friend free tickets don't start until next weekend. Since mid-September typically has low attendance, it doesn't make much sense to have the preschool pass expire earlier and leave a gap for passholders before the fall bring a friend offer begins.

There is literally one weekend from March through mid-October where we'd have to pay for our daughter's ticket, and that just so happens to be the weekend that we can work it out to go. Hopefully the park rethinks this next season. They are missing out on an easy way of increasing attendance on a slow weekend.

The Preschool Pass (similar to Fun Cards) were never meant to be valid past Labor Day. They are only supposed to be good for Spring and Summer. In recent years, the park has been kind enough to extend their usage usually to the next weekend or so.

Also, I wouldn't say it is going to be a slow weekend. In years past the park was open 10am to 6pm, this year they moved the times back by two hours Noon to 8pm. This should be an indication that it is probably busier during the afternoon, especially with Bier Fest ever expanding. In fact last weekend was the same times, Noon to 8pm, and they were packed busy.
