The food was great but there was no need to have a dozen semi-permanent buildings contructed for the event, and full staff with nothing to do all day. Food N Wine could have easily been held in the Festhaus for a fraction of the cost and it would have been a better experience where the customer could make a meal out of it and try everything at once and have a nice air-conditioned place to sit down. Plus people don't eat as much in hot June. Food N Wine, it was nice to know ya.
Do you have any proof to back this up? I was under the impression that the event was a resounding success in both customer morale and as a business investment.
