TBH, I've never really liked bacon that much. But this... AMAZING!!! I seriously love it. I ate so many bacon strips on sticks this season!

Hello All, it’s been a while. I moved away from Virginia last year and I’ve been yearning for my BGW fix. I was at a thrift store all the way here in the Midwest and found a copy of the famous 1979 Festhaus Cookbook! You know I had to pick it up. I don’t think anyone has talked about this on here in quite a while and I’m sure quite a few of you may not know about this gem. I haven’t been able to find the entire thing archived from front to back online, so here you go. The history alone here is amazing. From the vintage recipes, to the old photos of the park, this book is a true treasure from when Busch Gardens was at its absolute zenith. Try some recipes for yourselves!
