I'm not really questioning you, but what does that mean? Did they not fully own the film? Did InMotion Entertainment revoke their license, or was it a safety inspection that wasn't renewed,etc.?

My concern is that if what you are saying is true, and the license expired for EitA; the park must have known that they were not planning to renew it. So why not make an announcement to give guests the heads-up? People need the opportunity to plan their trips to the park accordingly. It wasn't my favorite ride; but some folks (especially younger children did enjoy it).

Say if I had a daughter and it was he favorite ride, I would be very upset that I wasn't given the chance to take her to the park to "say goodbye."

I just noticed that InMotion Entertainment's website doesn't mention EitA as operating anymore. Ironically enough, SeaWorld just made a contract with them to distribute videos of their shows, in stores soon.

Maybe when they closed The Globe they tried to change things with the movie people but the movie people did not like the deal and walked. Just a thought, I know nothing. Atleast they tried.

I don't know that I'd consider it a "major" attraction. I mean, the ride sucked, nobody rode it... maybe they just eventually figured "what's the point?"

If operations were really that expensive and that ride really didn't fill seats (When I went a few weeks ago it was probably at 10% capacity tops), then I can totally understand them closing it early because it was a gigantic waste of money.

^ yes it is. They have also added a cover across the entrance stating that it is getting ready for HOS. I will try to upload a picture tonight.

Yes, we know..but it is a small bit surprising they covered it rather then pulling it down completely.

That may be the case as of right now, but that isn't the case that the ride was closed for the rest of the year. IF, and that is a BIG IF, it IS the reason, then they better amp up that house and make it a dayum good one.
