The Swedish venture capital manager EQT has hired the services of JPMorgan as a financial advisor to prepare the sale of Parques Reunidos, a Spanish group that controls the Madrid Amusement Park and Parque Warner, among other leisure centers both in Spain and abroad, according to several market sources consulted by EXPANSIÓN.

The operation, which is still in an initial phase, is valued at around 1.7 billion euros according to the sources consulted, which specify that among the potential buyers could include other industrial groups such as Merlin Entertainments or Compagnie des Alpes, among other possible candidates.
