Not surprising at all-- between security checkpoints and online ticket sales the old entries are just not right for the crowds and use today. Look at Epic Universe- there are no ticket booths at all. There is a set of Guest Relations windows where people can purchase tickets, but there is no longer a reason to have dozens of ticket windows in front of any park. Just like with Hershey's remodel, I'm sure some of the park entry will go away with a remodel, but hopefully they do it right like some of the more recent projects and try to maintain the theme elements and charm.

Hear me out on this if you have a group they need to ALL be in line for the kiosk not have one person in line a tie up a machine for 30 minutes with lines backing up.

I still assumed the old ticket booths were going soon? Maybe the entrance too but I hope not!
My understanding is the area being serveyed starts at the Bridge to the England parking lot and goes back toward the main gate. So ticket booths don't appear to be involved in the current survey.

The old ticket booths appear to be sticking around for a while at least as they have added all day large lockers to them.

The stanchions between security and the ticket scanner area have been there on-and-off since at least December
They’re talking about the ones by the kiosks up the hill. Those have been there for at least part of Christmas town. But yeah, they help the flow of people significantly.

I get why they put the stanchions by the park entrance gate down the hill, but it causes bottlenecks and I’ve had 1 out of 3 times going through that where a huge family will just stop right at the end. Disney world level of crowd entitlement going on there.
