I’ve tried it and had to sign up for an acc, noticed that they’re doing points and idk how to get em and it looks more.. simple than SF.. only problem is the pass thing cuz I still have the SF pass (before Great Escape became part of Enchanted Parks)
On Android at least, this screen keeps randomly popping up during sign up:
And once it does, there's no way to dismiss or close it. After three tries, I haven't been able to actually make an account due to this issue.
Also, even if I could make an account, forcing people to do so in order to access a park app is awful. If I'm visiting your park for a day or whatever, I just want access to basic park info. Why am I having to struggle through this long, info-intensive, 6-plus-step sign-up process just to view a park map? Trash.

Nope, my rooting days are long behind me. I'm on cellular too—no weird WiFi or VPN goin' on. And it seems to interject itself at random—sometimes within seconds of opening the app and sometimes a couple minutes into the sign-up process. Never seen an error like this before.

Enchanted Parks desperately needs to hire a brand coordinator. Rolling out the AI logo to your new park app is ridiculous.
Rolling out the AI logo for the entire company is also ridiculous
No map in app, so clicking park map takes you to your browser to open the PDF maps.. what?! Park hours opens a new tab to take you to the website?

Also. Points? At the top it says points and when looking at a list of rides, it lets you filter “only rides that earn points” which is none of them?!
Also. This subtext doesn’t even make sense?
I know there’s a learning curve for new companies but my god did they hire a bunch of high school ride ops who don’t even know how to send an email without Grok’s help to make this app?

The CEO said that they hired a company to make their logo, and when he heard people guessing that it was AI-generated, he was hoping he didn't get scammed but he said that various AI checkers came up negative. At least if the logo is AI-generated (which I still think it likely is), it isn't intentional by Enchanted Parks.
